      Summary: Image Flow does not collect your prompts, generated images, videos, or browsing history. We only process the minimum data required to verify your license and provide core extension features. All user content stays on your device.
    

1. What This Extension Does

Image Flow is a Chrome extension that automates workflow on Google Labs Flow (labs.google). It helps users manage prompts, batch-generate images and videos, tag AI characters, and organize results in a local library.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 License Verification (only when you activate a license key)

License Key — entered by you to verify your subscription.
Device ID — a randomly generated UUID (crypto.randomUUID()) created and stored locally in chrome.storage.local. This ID is used solely to bind your license to your device. We do not collect hardware fingerprints, MAC addresses, IP addresses, or any system information.

2.2 Google Drive (only if you use Drive features)

Access is limited to files created by this extension using the drive.file OAuth scope.
We cannot read, modify, or delete any pre-existing files in your Google Drive.

2.3 Version Check

Every 6 hours, the extension checks our server for a newer version number. No user data is sent — it is a simple GET request that returns a version string.

❌ Hardware fingerprints or system information
❌ Personal information (name, email, location)
❌ Analytics or behavioral tracking data

5. Local Data Storage

All user data — prompts, images, settings, queue state, license status — is stored locally in chrome.storage.local on your own device. This data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly use a feature that requires it (e.g., Google Drive sync).

6. Permissions Justification

7. Data Retention & Deletion

All local data can be deleted at any time:

Open chrome://extensions → Image Flow → Clear site data
Or uninstall the extension — all local data is permanently removed

To remove your license record from our server, email us at support@nguyenanhdung.io.vn.

8. Children's Privacy

Image Flow is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new features. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
